Clean and economical motel. Room was very clean and motel staff very pleasant. Beds comfortable, plenty of hot water and water pressure for shower.
Would prefer coffee maker in room, but for the price, you can't have everything. Coffee was available in office.

I guess you get what you pay for. This motel could be very nice, but needs a whole new make over. The staff seem very nice and was doing the best they could with what they had to work with. I was surprised that the people were not Amish that were running it. My ignorance! It is located very well to all the sights, but needs to be re-done.

The queen room was spacious enough for our family, perfect for two adults and one child. Parking was super convenient, just a quick walk to the entrance. I loved the homely feel of the place and how close it was to all the route 30 stores.
would recommend.

The motel was in a good location
The room had an oder and the sheets on the bed had some holes in it. The shower head seemed to be plugged. The tv was old and the remote would not work.

We've stayed at this motel many times. I know it's for sale and it needs an infusion of funds. I have to say the beds were very comfortable. We stayed 2 nights, and the first night we came back at 6:00pm and the bed wasn't made or the room cleaned. I went downstairs, and the gentleman was going to come and clean. I told him to just give us fresh towels and it would be ok.

The room was clean and very spacious. The hotel is very close to shopping, restaurants and attractions. It is easy to find and there plenty of parking space.
It smells like food (very strong curry (?) ) in the hallways and reception area.

The location and price are great. A wonderful deal for you $. We've been coming to this area for over 20 years and finally decided we did not want to spend all of our money for a room with amenities we never use (swimming pool, exercise room, golf).
The second floor. Steps are steep and it was not easy getting everything up them (we always take a cooler which is quite heavy). For our next stay, I will specfify "1st floor".

The location is perfect, just 8 minutes from Strasburg, where we visited the Choo Choo Barn and Dutch Wonderland. We loved the quietness facing the farm. The place was clean and had all the basics we needed. A nice continental breakfast.
The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, disappointing but didn't ruin our stay.
